Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000, Black

I spend a lot of time dictating and on conference calls. I bought this headset a couple of years ago and now again. The level of the microphone is very low, but people say they hear me clearly. I use speech recognition software from Nuance Communications to do a lot of dictation (including in Epic health information management system) it works very well with this headset. The headset is rather good at not picking up nearby noise. I can't tell you much about the quality of the speakers because I do not listen to music on it, but I can hear people clearly. It is comfy on my head. The only problem I have is that in the summer my ears sweat after wearing it for a long time. After 2-3 years of daily use, the mic wire in it got broken and this is why I bought a new headset. My wife has trouble wearing it and any headset of this kind because it presses her earrings against her neck and it's painful. Without earrings it's fine.

I originally purchased a LogiTech headset for my first wfh job. It barely lasted, I don’t even know how long (short), because I kept having issues. Finally spent a little more for a quality product and I LOVE IT! I have ever recommended it to all my co-workers. So comfy, so clear and crisp, no connection issues, and the outside sound blocking is good enough for my work space.

Works very well, good sound, good mic...a good value.

This is a great headset for working at home but I just don't like that the mute and volume control are buttons so it's easy to mute someone when you're not paying attention. Sometimes I like to take one side and push it off my ear but the sound isn't loud enough for that so you have to keep them on both ears. Other than that the headset feels very comfortable and fits great around the ears :)

I have used a lot of headsets since we started working remote last year but even though we are back at the office this works well with Microdoft Teams for remote work and with Dragon Professional for dictation.

I have ordered at least 10 of these headsets over the last several years for my office colleagues and have used them myself. They are great in noisy rooms where there is a lot of background noise. They are comfortable and work great.

My old headphone started to tear up, so I got this one. So glad I did. Great quality

It's a little disappointing getting what appears to be a used headset being sold as new. Received only the headset with the cord bound with a rubber band with no packaging whatsoever.
