They were packaged well, but 1 of mine broke as soon as it put it in the potting soil. It snapped within 2 seconds! The one that didn’t break, the water flows through and it’s empty within 24 hours. I ordered another set, because now I know you have to handle them with care AND I tied (with a tiny rubber band) a small piece of paper towel at the end (of the one that didn’t break) and that helped slow the water distribution quite a bit. Now I get 3 - 4 days off of 1 fill. Did I mention, they are very pretty and easy to fill ;-)!

Much easier to use than the ones that are fully closed at the top. Very lightweight, I was expecting it to be more sturdier but still worth it…

Perfect, perfect, perfect!I just bought my 3 rd set and now have them in all my houseplants.First off all, these come packaged in a sealed foam container guaranteeing they don't break during shipping.Second, even though the glass appears thin it is very durable. Crystal clear and elegant. I've banged then against the sink a couple of times while washing and they hold up extremely well.So easy to use and clean. No more fussing with moldy globes. Just place in pot and fill from top as needed. No longer do you need to remove your waterer to fill.I pull mine once every 6-8 weeks to wash completely (they do get dusty).

UPDATE: problem solved thanks to stellar Amazon customer service. Best in the industry IMHO.I like this product ( there are tricks to not allowing all the water to drain out at one go) . I ordered a set and liked it so much, bought two more just recently,However one of the items came broken in the packaging.Contacted seller no response.Trying to complete my "replace with exact same item ' , chose drop off location for returning item but am unable to complete the last step ie "confirm return" . That yellow button does not activate.Not sure what to do hence writing a 'review' hoping for some help.These are not cheap.HELP !

This works perfect for plants that the water tends to run off of. You can see the water get sucked into the soil.

They are so easy to fill - you don’t need to remove them to fill and look beautiful. They are fragile but well packaged in shipment.

These top fills are better then the globes I can easily refill them without taking them out

It is such a great idea. One was broken when it arrived, but I quickly sent it back via the Kohl's Amazon return process. I plan to buy more.. really these are something special.
