I wear full-size, full profile baseball cap adjusted to the max opening usually. This insert is large and it just fits with a little work getting it in. I am pleased and I think it is a good quality insert that would provide good protection from bumps and scrapes. The picture is not exactly correct. The insert that came is completely smooth and round as opposed to the picture that looks as if it's molded into panels. Also, the picture does not show that the back quarter of the insert is cut off for the opening on snapback caps.

We use these same ones at work so I bought a few just to have so I DNT have to beg my union rep or supervisor to get me one.

Awesome product. Allot lighter and cooler than my previous insert.

Bigger than most of the hats I own. Seems to be made for a large hat with a high top. Might be useful later down the road if I get a chance to modify it a little bit.

This works well after washing your ball cap to dry on!

Works for what I need. Fits in my cap with no problems. I can wear the ball cap I like and do not have to wear a hardhat/bump cap to protect my head.

Not very good when trying to fit it in and have it stay put inside the baseball caps I wear working on cars.
