This is exactly what I needed to clean/peel squash, eggplant etc. easy to use, sharp blades,

The media could not be loaded. We’ve got a butt load of butternuts from the garden this year and my old kitchen peeler was not “cutting” it, I needed something sharper. This peeler removed the skin with ease. The peeler was easy to hold and I’m hoping it lasts. It still doesn’t peel as easily as a potato but butternuts are just a weird shape. As of right now it’s 5 stars, because it does what I needed for a good price. If anyone else is specifically looking for a winter squash peeler- here’s a video of it peeling a butternut!

Bought this to make wide zoodles from our organic zucchino rampicante from our garden to use in place in place of pasta. It works great! The blade is super sharp.

Great peeler and I love the grippy handle and wide blade. Only giving 4 cause it needs the little potato eye corer thingy. Need 2 tools instead of just one now. 🙄
