Fitted my Audi TT mk2 perfectly, good amount of plugins.

Bought to install in and Audi TT 2007 to replace standard stereo with no nav. Wiring harness and unit fits but no sound out of any speakers. Looks like the harness doesn’t activate the Audi TT mk2 amplifier

For the money I'd say this is pretty good, however this isn't without it's flaws.The specs are fine and it runs smootly enough, at the end of the day I was replacing a 13 year old RNS-E unit, tech has improved a lot since then so I wasn't too worried about performance.The screen is far better than the OEM unit even if it is only 600p, the buttons all work as expected, I bought a carlinkit adaptor for android auto and that works pretty well but there is a little bit of odd behaviour (will go into that in a bit).The interface is very average looking, I downloaded car launcher fromt he play store but the audio player widgets do seem to work well with the various players built into the unit, so I reverted back to the default launcher.Radio App:1. The default settings for the radio app don't show the radios station names, you need to make sure to press the RDS button to show the station names.2. For the antenna to work I needed to connect the blue antenna cable from the antenna to the ANT-CONT wire on the main ISO connector. I think this provides power to the antenna amplifier.3. Pressing the reset button clears the saved channels in the radio app, I found this out because I was trying to simulate a restart, I suspect this radio station presets are being stored in RAM on the radio MCU.Android auto:There are a couple quirks.1.make sure all your music apps on your phone are closed before connecting, otherwise weared things will happen with the playback on the unit.2. For the phone audio to go through the car speakers you need to be connected to bluetooth...(i'm not sure if this is normal) the problem with this is you get an overlay of the default phone app as well as the android auto phone interface. I might try disabling the default phone interface.Music playback from the SD card is great works no problem.Reversing camera works a treat, however I'm not sure connecting to the reversing circuit in the car is entirely necessary because the unite is connected to the CANBUS, I didn't test this though.Steering wheel controls are a bit clunky, volume control isn't as smooth as OEM but they do work however the app for changing / configuring them doesn't seem to work for some reason...will continue to investigate this.These are the things I've found so far, on the whole the capabilities and potential are great, it does have it's quirks and I suspect these aren't the things that'll be fixed by software updates as this is an off brand product.Another thing I've found, There's no system bluetooth menu and third party apps cannot control the bluetooth so I'm unable to connect to my carista, I feel like this is quite a big oversight and have emailed support just in case I'm missing something.

Bought this to replace my existing head unit but left feeling disappointed. Fitted the item without too much fuss but found the operating system very sluggish and clunky. I personally wouldn't waist my time. The plus point, and the two stars, are given for the fast response by the seller in refunding my money, very responsive. If you do decide to try it out you certainly can do so with confidence, knowing the seller is reputable.

Looks really, really good inside my 2010 Audi TT and looks like it left the factory with it fitted! I love the radio display and it’s super easy to use and customise (You can change the start display to match the make of the car it’s installed in too so it looks OEM) However my only fault would be in the not so clear wiring instructions that come with the radio, it seemed to be a simple plug and play at first, but it took me almost two hours or fiddling about with it dangling out the dashboard to finally get it to work with the ignition on and connect it with the speakers. I’m does come with a CAN BUS decoder also, which makes it compatible with all the steering wheel controls as well as the central dashboard display, showing the radio station and mode selected which was a big concern of mine about the radio, but thankfully that was all covered. Packing is good and even the buttons and dials on the radio feel sturdy and quality.

Would not consider buying again or recommend. It is not plug and play, connection to speakers is a nightmare. Pairing to the phone is as temperamental as they come and since I purchased it the DAB aerial has not been available for purchase.
