Das Kapital - Capital: Best Online Edition Kindle Edition

Horrible edition do not get from this publisher. Incredibly abridged (like half as long as full publication) and messed up printing.

Don't buy this edition. The mathematics is wrong. And this is abridged asf

This is NOT Capital. It isn't even 1/3 of the Capital Vol 1! There is no description on the book or on Amazon about what this actually is: the first 12 chapters of a 33-chapter book. This is nonsense and poorly advertised. Don't buy this trash.

Very poor publishing quality, even for the price. Extremely small text, and misaligned text on the pages. There are even random non-English characters scattered throughout as if from some word processor error. Would not recommend this version at all. A waste of money.

This version, the CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform, seems to be an amateur printing with a blurry, digital cover photo. I returned mine, and recommend you consider another version if you value a real book and don't want what seems to be the result of someone clicking print on a PDF and having it bound at Staples.Update #1: Having returned this version to Amazon, I bought the Penguin Classics edition and am happy with it.Update #2: I wish Amazon would separate reviews by edition, and not heap them chaotically. My low rating has nothing to do with Marx's work, and everything to do with the edition I referenced. This has kept me from writing more reviews. What if I love a book but hate an edition, because it is poorly abridged (like this one)?Update #3: It seems Amazon has begun to group reviews by edition, though not always reliably. Above you'll see "This review is from: [edition]" on the reviews for this book, but try and navigate through the hodgepodge of seven thousand reviews for the seemingly unlimited number of printings of The Hobbit.

This version is awful. It only has through Chapter 10 out of 25+ chapters. There are also parts where the section headers are not distinguishable from the normal text. Do not purchase this version of the book.It's awful I would have returned it if I had recognized this before I needed it for class.

This is a must-read for those interested in economics, economic history, and political theory, along with Adam Smith's "Wealth of Nations," Hayek's "Road to Serfdom," and other works by Keynes, von Mises, Ricardo, etc. Marx's theories are still relevant today.Note that this edition is only Volume 1 of Das Kapital, which is not mentioned in the description of this book.

Whats up with the unknown printed characters? I can't even find them in the ascii table, that printing company is a fail case, and so whoever agreed to public the book in such a condition

I have normal eyesight. This book is in TOO SMALL PRINT and difficult to read! The seller should have mentioned this in the product description. I have found a free pdf copy of the book with normal font size online.

This is a criticism of the publisher more than the book - it has so many typos and 1/2 of one page was just as if a kid had randomly pressed some keyboard keys and hit print. Buy a better copy.

This edition is an incomplete book. There are 33 chapters in Das Kapital, this book only has the first 14. I could not find it mentioned anywhere in the item description that this edition would only contain half of the actual book. I wouldn't have purchased it if I had known this.

Good but the words are small

Good book, it's quite large. Bigger than I thought. It's more of a square shape as opposed to the usual rectangle shape.
