Simplicity US8292R5 Women's Flared Sleeve Dress Sewing Patterns, 14-16-18-20-22

I was very disappointed in this patterns instructions, I have made Simplicity patterns before and have always found them easy to follow. I was having difficulty and searched the internet to no avail. I went to Simplicity's FB page and asked for help but all I got were crickets. I tried the top portion 3 times for my daughter before calling it quits.
