Tap Magic 30004P ProTap Cutting Fluid, 4 oz. Size

This cutting fluid works extremely well and makes a noticeable difference when tapping or drilling metal. It reduces friction and heat effectively, resulting in smoother cuts and cleaner threads. You immediately notice a difference when you drop a bit of this while cutting. I put mine in a spray bottle and put 3oz of water in it, works perfectly.

Gives off an unpleasant odor after it heats up, but works great as a tapping/cutting fluid. Keeps bits running cool and lubricated. Probably not a great idea to breathe the fumes for extended periods, if you’re in a poorly ventilated area.

Seems to help drilling stainless.

I love this tap and drilling oil. It really makes tapping and drilling much easier and your tools will stay sharper longer.

This a very good product - - helps keep the drill bit cooled and lubricated. Especially since I have small metric bits I have to use.

If you do any drilling or tapping, cutting oil is a must, and Tap Magic is the best one to use. I was able to drill and tap cast iron with a drill tap combination bit, and it worked perfect without any overheating, and without breaking a bit. The small bottle will last a long time.
