Ridiculously loud
Tried installing this in my mini fridge... under a counter... on the other side of my house. The noise coming out of this thing was unbearable. It certainly moved a lot of air, but the thing sounds like an electric jet engine. I can only imagine if this was used in a computer as a case fan -- it would be extremely annoying. Did not measure the actual DB, but from inside a refrigerator and under a counter and 50ft away, I could clearly and loudly hear the electric "hum" (scream) of the fan.If your only objective is to move a lot of air, this might be great. However, noise level for me was a real deal breaker. Perhaps I received a defective unit?

Fixed my wine cooler with this
Needed a new 12VBLDC fan 120mm fan for my wine cooler. This fit nearly perfectly. Came with mounting screws which helped with its installation. Only thing I needed to do was to remove the pins from its 12V connector housing and insert them in the old fan's connector housing. Fan runs quiet and the wine cooler now gets to its set temp.

Good fan
The fan is very quiet and moves a lot of air. I’m using it to cool a voltage regulator that I moved in to the cab of my Polaris ranger.
