I have used Thompsons water seal and other products on my old brick chimney and this product worked very well. Used to leak when very hard rain and wind. This sealed it. Good price and good product.

Mixed and applied a couple of months ago, so the jury's still out re long term performance, however no indication of masonry related leaks in my brick chimney since application. Appears to perform as advertised and appreciated the ability to purchase a concentrated formula allowing me to mix amount required for task, minimizing waste.

I am on my second 5 gallon container of Blok- Lok. The product is easy to apply and the performance as a water repellent for brick is very good.

The container received by me today looks substantially different than the one pictured. The description is different. There is no part number on the bottle. There is no mention of silane/siloxane chemicals. How can I be sure I've got the right stuff or did I get a knock off??

Forget silicone. Siloxane is so much better and lasts about 7 times longer. Love this stuff on my 1875 brick house.
