YouTen Bench

The bench is lightweight, but heavy duty. Bench height is 17" from the floor to the top of the pad, which meets bench press competition requirements, if you're a stickler for that in your training like I am. The material on the top of the pad has a great grip to it (appears to be real leather), and the padding is firm enough for heavy pressing. Another bonus is that the back leg bar, with the wheels, is slightly recessed underneath the bench, meaning that the bench can be moved within a power rack to allow the lifter's glutes to sit on the front pad and out of the gap between pads when benching flat. It is very hard to find a bench like that, as most have the back foot portion dropping down directly below the far end of the bench, limiting how deep into the rack the bench can be placed. And the width of the legs is wide enough to be stable, but narrow enough to be out of the way of the lifter's legs. Great bench!

I still cant believe what a great deal I got. Best bench I've bought even if the underside was covered in dust.

The pads are a little bit hard.
