Full of water?
The power is okay... Has a bit of a rust/orange tint which I'm not happy about. It was also full of water. It was wrapped with the sticker still on the inside but was somehow full of water.I don't have time to return and wait for another one be sent.. So I'll just let it air out.. I use it to fill in spots in my hair from alopecia.. Which is why I'm not happy about the orange tint.Things being shipped out broken or off obvious sub par quality is getting old. This obviously sat in water and they sent it to be anyway..
