Fe (iron) wheel weights, just cut off the weight you need from the strip, clean the area it's sticking to and stick them on.

Returned. Mistake on my part. Title was a bit confusing and considering the price I assumed I was getting a larger quantity. Better to buy else where. 10 times the quantity for alot less.
