Incredible value
Shocked at how well this works! Have worn this watch during my last deployment to SWA and it does the job. Kept decent time, never failed me, and looks almost like an IWC. The movement is cheap and winding is not high quality but for automatic movement works great and it survived a rugged deployment. Wore it everyday in Kuwait, Jordan on runs and convoys. Still looking good. Put it on a NATO strap (found on Amazon) immediately, recommend buying a strap for it. Minimal investment and adds a lot to the watch’s appearance.

Not worth the low price - don't keep accurate time
Got this watch in the mail last week. I opened the box and the watch looked great, no damage in shipping. Later on while putting the watch on my wrist, the pin in the catch slipped out. It took me several hours to find and replace the pin so I could wear the watch. I then set the date and set the correct time put the watch on my wrist at 1:20pm, I looked at the time around 7pm and the watch was already 1 hr 53 minutes too slow. I set the watch the next day and it lost time again about 2 hrs again. This watch is no good, don't waste your time and money. I thought it looked good and being a self wind this was just what I wanted, but if it doesn't do what a watch is supposed to do, keep time, it's no good!

Incredible value for the money, although there are some things to gripe about.
So for only owning it for a few hours, this is my review.Pros-· Very nice finishing· Nice domed crystal· Rotor spins great· Date feature works good· Tells the timeCons-· Nasty smudge on the rotor· Absolutely terrible band· Questionable material for the case· SLIGHTLY out of time according to my Timegraher. Now for a breakdown. The finishing (polishing) is great. No ripples or anything, everything is as it should be. The crystal is a very nice domed crystal that I really love. Some people complained about the rotor spinning bad, and when fully wound it does but whenever it needs winding it spins great. The date feature was complained about some too, people said that it wasn't returning straight like it should. Mine works great. I also really love the dial, it's a nice military/IWC style that is very nicely finished. Even the 'Winner' and the hazmat sign with wings are finished nice. Now to complain:There was a nasty smudge that got on the rotor, no idea what it was, I don't want to know, but it required a little alcohol to remove. I HATE the band, it's a terrible material that pushes against the side of your wrist. A NATO/ZULU strap is highly recommended. And I believe the case is stainless, but there's one spot on it that makes me wonder. Very very small indicator that it is plated, but it's so small that you can't tell unless you use a microscope. I believe it is though, judging by the weight. Regardless, it's nicely finished. For $29.66, I can't complain. It had a very tiny amount of beat error, but other than that it's functioning as it should. I have yet to test the water resistance, but it does have a gasket on the case back. All in all, I love this watch. It's exactly what I expected, if not more. This will be a watch I wear alot, intending to get beat up. If anything changes, from now (May 1st, 2023) I will update this post. All in all, for $29.66, this watch is worth it. A mechanical watch is a beautiful watch, regardless of the price. This is great for a beginner to working on watches or horology in general, I highly suggest it!

OK for the price.
Watch is OK. Crown is hard to pull out and the strap is junk. So far it seems to be winding and running fine. I agree with one of the other reviewers, the date slot could stand to be a tad wider to accommodate the double digit dates. I got a NATO style leather band for mine and I really like it. It looks nice and is holding up so far. I like the simplicity. And the price.

Keeps perfect time.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received this watch. It’s well made with a nice band that fits my 8” wrist. It is necessary to wind it, but that’s no big deal. If I had any criticism, it would be that the buckle is a little chintzy and should be made with thicker metal, but it still does the job. Overall a 9 out of 10.

Nice price for a basic automatic watch, but lots of cons
Nice price for a basic automatic watch. Zero lume and don't think of getting it wet, but for the price it keeps time well.Edit: New Information added:If you want a starter automatic or mechanical watch look for an Amphibia, a pro diver Invicta, a Seiko 5, a Tissot 1853, or any brand that advertises a Seiko NH35A, a Miyota 821XX, or a SeaGull movement.- glass crystal is so thick it makes viewing the watch face difficult- very little reserve power; needs a lot of winding and moving to keep up with other autos- crown/stem are extremely difficult to work with. To set time and date you have to pull incredibly hard and you begin to wonder if the stem is about to break off.- not even water resistant. Splash a bit of water on it while rinsing out a coffee mug and you will find water vapor or even droplets of water making it into the case.- the ultrashiny winged logo seems to have been slapped on and is slightly askew.-an homage to the IWV Mark XVII ($3.5k or so); for a good $10-20 more the maker could have rustled up a scre-down crown and gaskets to make the watch truly water resistant.

Accurate time piece
I love the look of this watch. It's very accurate and classy looking. The band is cheap and I did replaced it with a higher quality one. The only thing that I'm not impressed about is the self winding function, but at this price point I don't mind winding it every morning.
