I tried the color cartridge of the pair and it inserted and functioned perfectly at first but, within 2 months and long before it was empty, it failed and would no longer be recognized by the printer. Tried all of the usual fixes unsuccessfully. It needs to be replaced but repeated emails to the web address on the box ([email protected]) have gone unanswered and Amazon says they can't help me because it is beyond the 30 day limit. It has been a bad experience.UPDATE: It is now one year later and I still haven't heard back from the seller about replacing the defective cartridges.

Just received my first order of Retch Re-manufactured Ink cartridges for my HP 4650. I could not wait to see if this product was worth me buying. Let me tell you, I installed the cartridges in my printer, and there were no problems.Now the big test. Quality of color. Printed a card that I had previously printed. Compared the two. No difference.I am totally amazed at the excellent quality of the ink color. I am sold on this product, until it would prove me wrong.I ordered another set also. Thank you for a good product and at a very reasonable cost.

I wasn’t sure if my HP Deskjet 3630 would accept the cartridges and as it was, it didn’t recognize the color (the only one I had to replace). Everything I tried didn’t seem to work. So, getting a little frustrated I closed down the printer with the replacement one still inside. A few minutes I turned it back on, low and behold my color ink indicator was full.Don’t despair if it doesn’t work the first try, keep trying, it will recognize the cartridge eventually. I ordered these cartridges yesterday and they were in today. Timing is of the essence when it comes to printing.They were packed very well inside bubble envelope, which I threw away as soon as I opens it. But did past photos showing how well they arrived.I will be ordering more from this seller again and often as long as the price is right!

I used this successfully in my HP ink jet printer. The aftermarket ink works well. I would never buy a printer that uses this ink though. It uses up very fast and even at 30 bucks (cheaper than HP ink) it adds up fast. We are returning the HP printer at Costco and buying one that is more efficient. The problem is this ink system bundles all colors in one cartridge. You can't replace only blue. Blue goes out and it all goes out. HP is very good at luring us in to buy inexpensive good quality printers and bilking us for way too much money to use them.

I needed the black cartridge but figured I would eventually need the tri-color as well so bought this package after reading good reviews. I knew this was a bit of a gamble by going with the non-HP brand but tried anyway. The black ink cartridge had the printed circuit part askew already so I didn't have a good feeling about it. My printer complained about it from the first attempt. When I took it back out, the circuit part was not even fully attached! Returning and will (sadly) pay a premium for my next purchase.

Print quality is fine, good packaging and no problems with the printer recognizing the cartridge.The black cartridge has either stopped working or is completely empty. The printer shows that the cartridge should have about 2/3 left, but no matter how many times I have the printer clean the cartridges, fiddle with settings, it just doesn't properly print anything black. Started with very pale black parts and then now it's putting out absolutely no black ink. When the original black cartridge was noticeably going out, the printer indicated a very low level and recommended replacing it, so that was accurate at least. I don't know specifically how the life of the cartridge is measured, if it's directly based on the ink left in it, but if not, then these "XL" cartridges have even less than of a lifespan than a standard HP cartridge! Replaced it with a standard black HP 63 cartridge and it's printing fine now. This Retch cartridge was either not filled completely or was otherwise defective.

These were purchased on Jan. 24th 2022. Installed and worked fine, now first week of Google I went to print and the cartridges are no longer detected. Went through every possible fix I could find on Google and nothing has worked. I might print a shipping label a week. Not enough to empty the cartridge. I've emailed the company twice now and they have no replied.I'm just going to suck it up and buy the standard HP ink I guess.

Well this is a remanufactured cartridge and much cheaper than the new cartridge so you get what you pay. Printing quality was not bad. My color cartridge was not working at all. Though it showed full ink level but no traces of color in printing. I reached the customer service and believe me they were very helpful and gave quick responses. They assisted me in making the cartridge work but still it didn't work. And as they have 1 year guarantee, they issued me $14 refund instantly for the color ink, Black ink is working fine.Since it is a remanufactured cartridge problems might happen but when you have such a great and helpful customer service, why need to worry? Will again buy their product.
