Masonry Paint - Ivory - 20lts - Trade Smooth

This paint is brilliant. The walls are Welsh slate and are at the back of the house. They hold back the high level garden and the steps area up to the garden. I stripped them back to basics as the previous masonry paint I had used (different very well known commercial make) had been on for about 20 years. The photo with bare walls? Used a wire brush, small triangular bladed well known super efficient wood deck scraper and a good water wash down. All those colours, etc. Dry Bitumen, lime paint and other colours too. So a bit of a mess colour wise to cover. Two coats...and this result. Dense and great cover. I expected to paint 3 or 4 coats before use. Ordered and arrived the next day. Didn’t expect delivery for much longer with tracking details seen. So super happy. This wall has loads of little spaces in between the slate build to fill too. Covered with ease. I know it’s early days, and not a long term on the walls review. But I have faith this is going to be a keeper.

I have just received a second order of this paint.Whilst the coverage or opacity may not be the same as some premium brands, I have been happy with the results. You may require an extra coat to get the job done, however saving time was not important to me.Delivery has been really quick both times.I used the first tin for my garden wall and garage and as a result placed a second order for the outside of my house.It's good value.

Fantastic paint .Used to paint the gravel boards and concrete fence posts.Nice and thick goes on well .Husband was a painter and decorator and he highly recommends this paint

Love this paint. Coverage is absolutely fantastic and the colour I bought - ivory - is a lovely off cream. We normally buy Sandtex but weren't able to get any online due to Covid-19 so thought we'd try this. Not disappointed as I actually prefer this!

Fantastic paint super thick and goes on well.Make sure you order enough because ive ordered 3 tins and the last was a different shade. Turns out at the end of the description they mention to order enough for the job because different batches are different versions of ivory.If they made it more clear id change this back to a 5 star. (Just a warning to potential customers)Again paint is amazing.

Amazing paint. Great coverage, super colour, amazing quality ~ excellent customer service.I cannot recommend this brand of outdoor paint more highly ~ the very best I have ever used and I’ve tried them all.Super super impressive !!

Nice consistency but does require 2 coats to cover well.It looks great in ivory but only time will tell how long lasting it is.!!Very pleased with the initial results.

This paint is really good value a lot goes a long way on rendered walls an goes on smoothly. Will buy again as now I want to paint the whole house.
