I have simple recipe for bread using semolina flour and wheat flour that I like so having semolina flour on hand is important.

Great Flour but more complicated when making pasta.
I bought this flour to make fresh pasta. It works well. It is not the same as using all purpose flour. It holds water easily so use a recipe that uses a small amount of water or liquid to make pasta. It is tasty once you make the pasta. I have used about a package of this flour and I am loving it. I will continue to buy this.

Simple desserts possible
I found a donut recipe using this type of pasta flour for toddlers. I tested the recipe on adults with raspberries, a banana, 1 egg, 2 tbls of this flour, in the donut rubber bakers mat bought here too, might I say... late night snacks were a hit, and healthy!

Great for Pizza
Ive been unable to find this in the store lately. Its a tiny bit cheaper here, and I don't have to run around town looking for the ingredient. I use this for my pizza dough. Helps make the crust extra crunchy. Its texture is just large enough it sands the pizza peel and the baking steel nicely and provides non-stick performance for my pizza. Caution: this stuff is slippery on the floor, be mindful to sweep the floor, and clean out the oven after baking pizza. If left in the oven the flour with burn next time you bake. Highly recommend this product for pizza or pasta.
