Precious Prills

Having spent quite a bit of money, tried many products and almost lost my life because of candida - finally, I stumbled on to this recipe. As far as I"m aware, this recipe is unknown to candida sufferers. It's main advantage is that you can truly return to a normal life as far as your diet goes. ( no more candida diet ! ) -- Buy three * 3 oz. pouches of prill beads. Buy three 1 gallon,glass pitchers to hold the prill water. -- Now the key is this: Manufacturers of prill beads say you need to initally soak the prill beads for 24 hrs. _-That will no do for our purposes. Each of the three 1 gallon pitchers of prill water must soak for 3 days. -Yes, you read correctly..... = 72 hours in the refrigerator. In a refrigerator because, the water may go bad if you leave it standing on the kitchen counter. Stir each pitcher of prill water once or twice daily during the three day soaking period. Now, you have you have a way to hydrate your body daily. I drink three full glasses of my favorite herb teas daily using prill water as the foundation. But, even after pouring three glasses of prill water, the level of water left in the pitcher is about a 1/3 rd of the original full pitcher. Then, refill the pitcher and place it in the line-up with the other two pitchers. -- --This should be considered more of a maintenance protocol for candida. There is no substitute for a candida flush. Are your toe nails turning dark grey from mold? Do you have constant ear aches from candida having found its way to that body extremity? Do you battle with constant urinary tract infections? Candida can wander every where in your body. I had all of these symptoms and more - much more. In such cases, you need a good candida flush. But, then what to do? What would be a healthy, effective daily maintenance regimen? PRILL WATER soaked for 72 hours in your refrigerator. Questions? In such a case, try sprinkling in one capsule of Nature City TrueAloe organic aloe vera powder. (One capsule will do. )along with your favorite herb tea. This makes the brew much milder. I've tried aloe vera liquid and Jel But, It doesn't work very well.

I let the prills soak in a large jug of tap water overnight and within 24 hours the water tastes divine. When you first receive the prills, follow the instructions and thoroughly rinse them in running water for 2-3 minutes to wash off any dust. I like keeping them in the bag so they are easy to collect and drop into the next pitcher or vat of tap water. I love cleaning my water with the prills for 24 hours then infusing the water with some mint, orange and cucumber. It can be a bit labor intensive, but honestly if you need more water in your diet (and be honest, we ALL do) then this is a great great thing. It also would be great for someone who is trying to kick a bad soda habit. Definitely buy several glass bottles (large and individual sized) for easy carry and invest in some stainless steel straws. These prill beads are great. We are fortunate enough to live in an area where we can drink the water straight from the faucet, but I still have a hard time drinking plain water sometimes. The process the water goes through when these beads do their thing makes the water "thinner" which makes a huge difference in drinking it. I bought one bag for myself and 2 weeks later bought 3 more for family and friends. Now the claim with this product is that it transforms water in a way that is more hydrating and easier absorbed into all body cells- I have not had any miraculous change in the way I feel but that is probably because I have always done well drinking 8 glasses a day. But my friend who formerly drank nothing but coffee- literally is now finding water her magnesium prill bead treated water easy to drink. She is obviously noticing a positive difference in how she feels. So even though I cannot prove this treated water is better for my body health, it can turn a water hater into a water lover. And it is a small investment for something that lasts for so long.
