Always our favorite game night!!
This is the perfect family game. You can play this game with any amount of people. It doesn’t require a lot of thought or skills so you can carry on conversations while being competitive. It’s exciting because the score changes so much. You never know who’s gonna win until it’s over. This is a fun opportunity for all age groups. Little pigs are so fun and realistic looking.

MORE PIGGIES!!!! Yess!!! How to make score-keeping easier for younger kids....
I have had this game for years (see my review under Pass the Pigs game.) But the pigs get worn out from use. Their little feet and tails are the first to show signs of wear, therefore they fall over instead of landing in their "trotter" or "razorback" positions. So I usually have bought entire new games to get new pigs. NOW!!!! I can buy a whole set of extras. And they come in AWESOME new colors!!! I am using the black ones right now. Midnight pigs. ha ha!! The case is nice, but I usually just stick them in a little baggie or an old Altoids Smalltin, which holds them safely and fits MUCH easier into my school bag or purse. My own kids (and husband too!!) like to play this sometimes in restaurants and other places were we are just sitting and waiting. We usually just modify the game and roll only once per person, we don't need follow the written "rules" all the time! For school, again, one roll per person. And if they are not good at math (as some younger kids aren't) I use a scoresheet where they just color in as many squares as their roll is worth. So if they roll a "trotter", they color in 5 squares. I have even used this with special needs kids and it is much less frustrating than adding. I will TRY to attach a picture of my score sheet with customer images above, but right now it isn't letting me. I will edit when I get it up there. It is basically a paper with a 10 x 10 grid of squares I made on the computer. I put four grids on one sheet, which is 4 complete games. The first person who gets to 100 wins. Of course, older kids or those who NEED math practice get extra calculation practice by adding. sometimes I even make every 5th roll a multiple (like "this roll for everyone is worth 3x what is usually is!!!) Simple! For school, I make my small group of students answer a question before they get their roll. It makes the sometimes boring drill and practice of things MUCH more fun and fast-paced. There isn't ONE student who ever didn't want to roll the pigs!! They even request this game in lieu of history bingo or something. It really is one of my favorite games. The most highly requested games are (I also made special scoresheets for those games..you can find my reviews there explaining it):1. Pass the Pigs2. Zombie Dice3. Yahtzee Super MarioI really love that there are more pigs in this set. Very awesome game!

Fun but a bit Pricey
I bought this game after my 10 years old grand kid got one as a gift. The game taught him some definition such as shouters vs jowler. It was fun and easy game to play. Great for kids ages 5 to elders. The game came with a very basic case with no pockets inside to keep cards and pigs in place. However, using a snack bag to separate and store cards and piglets inside the case will do until I can find a better case.

If you don't need this for travel, buy the larger size. Either way, it's fun, easy, and fast!
Bought this as a gift for my kids with the idea to take it on our camping trips. With that in mind, I bought the more portable edition. It's fun, easy to learn and play, and everyone from my preteen to retirement-aged mother enjoyed the game. I would prefer it in the larger size but for portability, this did the trick and I don't regret it. I'll probably stow this in the camper and buy the larger size game for home.

Love this game. We play it differently than the instructions but its cute. Been trying to find it at stores but I finally caved and just got it online. My 5 year old nephew loves it. Plus it helps him learn math better in a fun way. Very compact.
