This is the most fabulous olive oil out there and the only oil I buy! It's tasty, light, and clean, and best of all it is not polluting the earth or killing off the beautiful pollinators because it is organic! I am a long time organic consumer not only because I love Mother Earth, but because everything that is organic just tastes better! and this product is 100% proof! It's not exactly cheap but it's worth every penny! Mince some garlic into it, mop up your french bread in it and enjoy! Add an heirloom tomato and kalamata olives and everything is ambrosia! So tasty! A great oil for sautes and for dressings. You will not be disappointed!
