Reliable fast easy
Bought this for my husband, he got choked up he was so happy with this. Yes I recommend this to anyone who needs to unclog a drain fast. We use ours in our maintenance co.

Not what the picture shows.
The picture shows a grease insert on the front of machine. Mine came with no grease insert and has a plastic bushing instead of brass. After the third time of using this machine, it would lock up. I bought this machine because the first one I bought in 1999 worked well. It was getting tired. I emailed Ridgid twice and got no response. I have several Ridgid machines I bought over the years since 1999 and will not buy again. Maybe Ridgid makes cheaper products for Amazon. If so, you are recking your reputation.

Can't beat it
I have been a plumbing contractor for 40 years and have always used Ridgid sectional machines, you can beat them to death and they just keep working . Not a big fan of the drum machine.

Not a Complete Kit, Just a Drain Machine.
The machine itself is great. However the included accessories as shown in the listing apparently are not included even though the listing states they are according to the photos. This is very misleading.
