Anchor requires alteration for Toyota Tacoma
These anchors are exactly what I was looking for with my Tacoma. They lay flat within the ridges of the truck so they’re not obstructing anything and also strong enough to really tighten a strap down. My tacoma factory anchor points are pretty much useless so these were a must have. KEEP IN MIND if you are buying these for a Tacoma you will have to enlarge the hole in the anchor to a 1/2” so the OEM bed bolts will fit. Took a few minutes with a drill and worked perfectly.

Sturdy and durable
Real heavy duty buckles. I put these on my 1993 Toyota pickup and from the looks of it, they look like they will last outside. I’ll keep an eye on them but they seem quite sturdy and durable in the elements.

Perfect Solution for Tiedowns at the Rear of a Pickup Bed
For years I've wanted to add a tiedown at the top of the rear bed rail on my Toyota Tacoma. Recently, I found a cargo net which is more like a net basket that I wanted to be able to install if I needed to haul smaller items like groceries in the bed if the rear seat were occupied by passengers. I have the cargo rail system with moveable anchors, but the rail doesn't extend all the way to the rear of the bed. On my truck, and likely every Gen 2 Tacoma (2005-2015), there are a couple of bolts at the very top of the upright metal rail at the rear of the bed. Based on looking at several different D-rings (note: these are more V-shaped), I decided on these. While it's a set of four, I figured I'd find a location for the other two in the future. These fit this location perfectly, using the forward bolt of the two available bolts. This mounting method makes the D-ring fixed and unable to rotate which works well for hanging the net basket. I plan to install the other two D-rings just below the first ones, but I'll use shoulder bolts to allow the second set to rotate. I'll have to drill holes and remove the taillights to install locknuts - easily done. These D-rings are nicely finished and rated at 1000 pounds which is certainly ample for anything I'll be securing to them. Great fit, great price, quick shipping - PERFECT.
