Rain cover useless and takes a lot of sand
The actual sand pit was pretty much what we expected. Unlike the other review, we found the wood to be fine. It did however take a lot of sand to fill. Try buying sand from your local supermarket, we found ours was selling 20kg for £4, significantly cheaper than the cheapest on Amazon which was about £10/20kg. We have put around 200kg in ours and it could easily take more.Like the other reviewer, we found the raincover to be useless. Once you've got the knack, you can get the cover on quite easily, but it is so loose that the rain pools in the centre and it is not 100% water proof, so after the first heavy rain, the sand pit was waterlogged and taking the cover off without spilling all the collected water into the sand pit is difficult. Took several days of sun to dry. We then tried propping the centre up with a stick so the water would run off and this helped a bit, but we still got multiple smaller pools of water around the sand pit. In the end, I just bought a sheet of 9mm OSB to make a hard cover for it and then put the water proof cover over the top so there will be no pools of water. Hasn't rained since doing this, but hopefully will work.On the plus side, out daughter loves it and there is plenty of room for her and her friends to fit in and the seats on the side are strong enough for us to sit on when we play with her.

Not well built
Took abkut 30 mins to assemble using a powerdrill so not too bad. Wood is cheap pallet type and came with splits in and sharp splinters. The worse is the cover show in all pictures as shaped and lipped even in the instructions. It is however a large elasticated circle that not only is a pain to fit on your own with the opersite end pinching off bit then sagged all over looking rainwater. 300lb of sand 1/3 filled it!

Good sand pit. Not so good cover.
Good product. Although only had the sandpit a year and the cover has lost all its elasticity so won’t stay on. Only 13 months old and they wouldn’t replace as it’s only a 12 month guarantee.

Terrible cover
Good sand box, easy to make but the cover doesn't fit and isn't waterproof.
