Easy to use and improved technology. Especially with voice assistance.

We have ordered renewed items several times and never had issues. This one was packaged horribly, no protection on the monitor screen, a box that looked like it had been through a war zone, missing cables, etc. It seems to be working fine but for the price, it should have been handled better. We purchased this same item back in February, at a much lower cost, and it was in perfect condition. The review is based on the handling of the equipment and the cost of it. The monitor is fine.

I bought this for my granddaughter to use as an auxiliary monitor for her MacBook Air. Hooked up fine with an HDMI to USB3 cable. She's premed and loves the facility to have 2 monitors going at the same time for her online classes.

The monitor worked well for the first 6 months, no complaints and great value. But I was working and this yellow/white spot appeared in the middle randomly. The monitor sits on my desk and has never been damaged. Nothing touched the screen, the spot just appeared out of nowhere while I was working from home and is always there. I’ve tried troubleshooting, turning it off and on, etc. but it’s pretty clear it’s a hardware issue.Not worth $150 for a monitor that doesn’t last, would rather pay full price and get more use. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

Took it out of the box, (I don't use the stand so I didn't have to put it together.) Plugged in the cable and the power cord, turned it on and it worked great. It seems extremely bright compared to my old one!

Great for streaming second monitor

This renewed product is missing the VGA cable which is an essential cable to make the monitor work. The instructions provided show that there should be a VGA cable included in the box. Instead there was only an HDMI and power cable, no VGA.
