These work is good as the genuine Black & Decker trimming line. Honestly I can't notice a difference and the performance. These may we're down a little faster than the genuine Black & Decker trimming line. But it's nominal and when you factor in the price for the genuine line versus this line, it's not even a contest. The Caps are every bit as good as the real thing. The cap it's snug. The trimming line advances on my Black & Decker weed eater just like the real thing. So the gears on these spools are perfect. I like saving money so, I will only buy these non name brand trimming lines like this one. I get the job done and my edging looks great.

I never realized how worn out the head of my weed whip was until it fell off the other day, tangling up and ruining the brand new reel of twine that I'd just installed. I found this set that included a replacement head. My whip is now working like new! I can tap it to extend the string again, which the old head had stopped doing a season or two ago, and I just figured it was the price of doing business with a cheap Black and Decker whip. For this price, from now I'm going to buy this set of reels + head and replace the head with every fourth string that's used up. Why not???? FYI, the string is as good as name brand. This purchase should be a no-brainer. Get it!

The spools of trimmer string were a good buy. I just had a problem with the string being stuck together and it wouldn't auto feed when first started using. I had to keep stopping and pulling string out but after a few uses it started working like it should. Still glad I ordered.

These spools are the exact replacements for the original. it's nice having these replacement parts when things get worn and broken as will happen these tools. It also gives me extra spools that I can reload with the big spool of trimmer line that I bought at the same time. I have found out that these spools do wear out and as they get old they don't function well.

Bought these for my Black and Decker battery trimmers. Simple, easy and quick to install and use. Even teenagers can do it without any excuses.

I've been using these OEM replacements in the three (3) string trimmers for a couple of months now. Having had some reservations when I ordered these, I am glad to report that they perform perfectly. Trimmer string is evenly wound on the spools, which insert to B+D tools with exact precision. No problems at all.

It seems to be a great OEM replacement. With the original black and decker nylon you can definitely hear it when it automatically extracts the nylon and cuts it to length. On this one it is silent but it seems to be working great.

Not only is this product less than OEM price, but you also get double the amount of spools. Oh yeah, and you get a cover and new spring. Heck of a deal. This company actually cares about their customers. Fantastic.
