Cons-Zero success with weight loss, Pros- energy boost
I like the slight boost in energy when I took these, but I didn't like the fact that I saw literally no weight loss after a 6 week cross fit training regimen. It was like they didn't really try, all you feel as far as fat burning was literally just your body heating up a little bit more each workout. Kind of like a gimmick, in regards to claiming that it could actually help you lose weight, slim down, and at this point, I'm good off this stuff. Realistic promises with mediocre results.😟( p.s. I am an active person already so the effects of many other weight loss pills have worked in the past, this one curiously doesn't deliver😕)
