Xmipbs 10dBi 5.8GHz Omni WiFi Signal Range Extender Antenna Kit For DJI Phantom 3 Standard (WF11)

I thought the bad reviews were from people who weren't used to tweaking electronics (I've worked with electronics for over a decade), but after today I realised that it's more than just cracked plastic - I'm wondering if an antenna could have burned my transmitter's 5.8GHz circuit out?I scraped off the rubberised glue from the three co-axial plugs, swapped the antenna out, and tested it - the controller reception was at 1 red bar. Though the WiFi video was 100%Angry, I went back inside and replaced the range extender back with the stock antennas.The 5.8GHz signal was STILL AT ONE BAR!I was gentle - it took me an hour to gently tweeze the rubber from around the three connectors.The two WiFi ones are working fine - it's just the 5.8GHz one.Not only is my controller now fried... the three directional antenna are all rated 7dB (the picture shows the 5.8GHz direction one is supposed to be rated at 6dB)The plastic screw cases that rotate so the antennas can stay in place (and not rotate which would hit each other) are too stiff to turn.One of the antennas screws was cracked in half, and jammed, so the antenna co-axle twisted when you tried putting it on.Bad, just a complete universe of bad!It's price right now is laughable - I estimate it being priced x10 more than it's worth.STAY CLEAR - If this product is still up, it means my requests to Amazon to remove it have failed.

Excellent set wich are actually Arigtek , the set includes 3 panel antennas wich are 7dbi dual band and one verly large [BUT VERY MANAGABLE ] 10 dbi dual band radial antenna i fitted the set in around 20 minutes and it makes a vast difference over stock antennas all in all a great upgrade i highly recommend both the product and the company as ive now fitted 3 of these sets this was the 4th for family and freinds its a very simple upgrade but in my oppinion a very much needed one

Terrible! Arrived cracked and pieces chipped and falling off, attempted to try it anyway and it didn’t work at all. Incorrect decibels on the antannae. Don’t buy this get the correct argtek one from a different seller.

Complete and utter useless. Made from very cheap plastic which results in 2 panels breaking when screwing on for the first time. Would highly avoid these as you will be very dissappointed.

Not the best product, the antennas seem very lose and seems like they are not gonna last long.

This is a very bad product does not fit the remote so had to soilider them together does not improve signal if anything makes it worst DO NOT BUY

Con questo kit sono riuscito a raddoppiare la portata del mio drone e forse anche di più, per sicurezza ho voluto fermarmi prima che perdessi il segnale.Il montaggio è piuttosto semplice, basta essere un po' pratici e fare tutto con calma.Praticamente ho dato una nuova vita al mio drone. Una pecca un po' voluminoso, adesso non potrò più inserire il radiocomando nella borsa.

Ho dovuto fare il reso, la portata è inferiore all'antenna originale. mi dispiace.Nessun problema per il rimborso da parte del venditore.

Il collaudo è stato fatto in una zona abbastanza isolata da interferenze. Le antenne sembrano funzionare piuttosto bene, come allegato sono riuscito a raggiungere i 1438 metri. Ottima anche la qualità e la manifattura. Unico problema che non sembra essere citato è che il controller deve essere utilizzato sempre tra il 50 o 60% di carica, altrimenti si perde segale molto facilmente (anche a 200 metri). Esteticamente, per quanto mi riguarda, sono belle da vedere e facili da trasportare. Il pacco è arrivato con un giorno di ritardo.

Non funziona come deve, mi ha solamente ridotto la distanza del drone quindi preferisco L originale che questa oltre a ridurre la lontananza quando il drone è in direzione sulla testa perde il segnale sconsiglio per tutti i phantom 3

Vraiment dommage pour un kit qui fonctionnais bien et qui a cesser de fonctionner du jour au lendemain ... au bout de 8 utilisation du drone et aucun crash si problème apparant.

Je l'ai remplacé pour allonger la porté et au final ca a la même portée que ma toute petite antenne (350m) dorigine et pourtant je l'ai testé au milieu des champs

I liked that it was easy to install for me at least, but it doe`s not come with instructions, so if you are not familiar with working with things such as this, you have to watch a you tube video and take you time, the connections are tiny and you have to make sure that they are securely connected before you reglue them..

I am okay with this product, but it didnt get the distance I hear of everyone getting with the other brand that matches this product. I ran it today and best I got was a little over 1000 feet T but 300 feet high. Out of the box my Phantom 3 Standard was getting about 300 feet high and 400 feet out I was hoping for the 5000 to 7000 feet I hear other costumers are getting and making videos about it!. Not sure if it is this brand, or if maybe I need to be on a long stretch of flat land or what. I had nothing obstruction my view and this was as far as I got. I am going to see if I can learn some more about getting more distance before I send this back.

Love. My drone goes so much have further and I get even better pictures from higher up.. definitely recommend for those who want to fly longer distances.

Garbage, installed it correctly and it did not give the range it said it would. it threw off magnetic errors and gyroscopic errors. Broke wile uninstalling so I could not even get my money back.

These XmiPBS Antenns actually took range away

First distance run p3 se got 10,600 feet out no video lag. rth kicked in. $ well spent, 2,000 feet farther than stock best distance. Easy to install. Adds some weight to front of controller.
