The first time the product arrived I got a tree of hearts instead of leaves as described. I messaged the seller and they were very courteous and prompt with responding and addressed the issue in a very timely manner. I received the corrected piece with leaves a few weeks later just as I pictured and it was in excellent condition! I recommend ordering in advance if you’re using this as your wedding guest sign in- it does take a few weeks to arrive. Overall, in spite of the hiccup, I am very happy with how it was handled and did end up getting what I originally ordered. The piece is lovely!

We purchased the Tree of Leaves earlier in the year only to have the wedding cancelled due to COVID. The seller worked with us to provide a new date for a reasonable price and in less than 30 days we have the new date, in time for the wedding. It will be a nice keepsake for our son and soon to be daughter-n-law. Appreciate the seller working with us and the Tree of Leaves Guest Book looks great.

I placed the order and the seller contacted me immediately to go over what exactly I wanted (colors, size, leaves/hearts, etc). Rec'd the piece in about 2 weeks and it is beautiful. Colors are perfect and the leaves are placed very well, even came with extra leaves for those just in case moments. Haven't used it yet for the wedding but I'm sure it will be perfect for guest sign in

I really like it. I think it feels a little fragile and there isn't a way to hang it. So he prepared to figure that out on your own. I am still planning on using it for my wedding. It was packaged well and they got all of the details right.

Overall product is nice. Letters aren’t straight, a little slanted. Tried sending back to vendor b/c we had to change date of wedding b/c of COVID, but wasn’t able to get any further communication. Guess we’ll have to keep it???!!!!

Kinda thin but I still love it. I'd use a sharpie to write on it and not the markers it comes with... they dont dry to the material and now I have ugly smudged and bleeded signatures...

I loved everything about this especially picking the wedding colors for the leaves. Great keepsake. We will be matting and putting in a frame for the wall. You could add a hook and hang as is but it is so beautiful we want to preserve it.
