Is this fragrance grade liquid? Thank you

I am fairly new to playing with perfume oils, but I have found that DPG was not the best carrier fluid. I seem to have lots of problems with solubiliity. I have found Fractionated Coconut oil is much better for oils but also is natural and good for the skin. Personally I have decided against DPG. You can find FCO (coconut oil) on Amazon for reasonable price. Hope this helps. J

Can I use this product to make perfume with natural essential oils to make the scent last longer? can I add alcohol and this both as my base? Thanks!

I use this in my all essential oil insect repellent, and it works great. I researched on the internet, and found it is pretty much neutral as far as reactions or side effects. I have never mixed it with alcohol, so don't know about that. My mixture is 2 oz Dpg and 2 oz distilled water, plus the essential oils.

Will this be good for dilluting agarwood oil for incense stick making?

I'm not sure about agarwood oil specifically or incense sticks but I tried to use this along with wicks to diffuse essential oils and it didn't work. No scent at all came across, I was using more and more oil to try and get any hint of a scent. I ended up using distilled water and essential oil to actually get the scent out in the air but was going through the water much quicker than I wanted so I gave up that project. After about two weeks of that I went back to my regular diffuser. No more wick for me, I could not get it to work.
