A little loud but works great for me

I was a little hesitant to purchase this tumbler because I thought it would not be very good because of the low price. I have run it now, almost daily, since I purchased it two months ago. I must say it has exceeded my expectations. First it is very quiet compared to the more commercial unit that I replaced after 11 years. I run it about 4 hours a day polishing jewelry and it produces as good a finish as my old thousand dollar plus commercial unit. . Excellent polish, very light weight and easy to empty the contents when finished. The unit pictured has the on-off switch in the cord but the one I received has it built into the unit itself which I like better.

Product arrived, took one look at it and returned it and bought a Thumbler 18. Media bowl was different color (orange vs blue) than pictured, not that it makes a difference but if they can't even show the current (correct) product in the listing how can you trust anything else!

Works great. Simple set up. Comes with sample media more enough to get started. Becareful of set up I did it wrong and the top come off. Best to use on the ground. Best one out there.
