Can't live without it
I've had problems with my digestive system for a while..I've tried diff home remedies and spent alot on supplements, and nothing worked. I'd see people promoting this product all the time bt ignored it..until recently. IT WORKS!! .. I pour 1 cap full( small measurement cup that comes with it) into 8fl ounce of prune juice daily. I get unflavored because its an easier taste, pairing with prince juice. Im back regular, thanks to this product. Its worth the price!!

Best fiber around
This stuff is great. No flavor no gas. I put it in all kinds of stuff to get more fiber in my diet. Especially good in baking and smoothies.

Don’t do it!
This is the worst fiber product I’ve ever tried to use. It’s like drinking paper fibers, and when I tried to return it, they won’t take it back or refund. Be wary of this product and seller

It' s ok! Is just fiber. For the price I will get a cheaper brand next time. The taste is just cloudy and powdery if I can say ..just like clay.
