I got these in the mail yesterday and looked at the tiny package thinking "man, I'm glad I only paid $6.00 for these". After searching a few videos and looking at diagrams I got my fiance to put some stickers on my ears. Let me start off by saying I have a rare neurological condition that increases the pressure in my head thus giving my the most savage headaches and dizziness, anxiety and brain fog I would not wish on my worst enemy. If someone told me bloodletting with leeches on my brain would help ease the headaches I'd be looking for the nearest murky pond. I have to get what are called "therapeutic lumbar punctures" to ease the pressure and headaches for about a week then it's back to crushing headaches that lower my quality of life to a terrible degree. So with that being said I was sure this would be another waste of money and getting my hopes up. I. WAS. WRONG. The application was a little tricky but once on I did not want to admit that my headache eased almost withing an hour. I wanted to believe that it was the fact I took long nap, I had a coffee, I ate, I took my medication. I wanted to believe that this was psychological (maybe it is), but what I do know and believe at this point is these ear seeds work. My headache that would normally be ever present (since September when I had my last LP) was very nearly gone. I will continue to use these and hope that it continues to work but right now my mind is blown. If you are on the fence, buy them. Watch some youtube vids, look up diagrams, and try them. You have only $6.00 to lose at this point and perhaps your quality of life back to gain. I have not been paid for this review, I would want everyone suffering to know that this may work for you.

I bought these after I was given them at my acupuncture appointments. They seemed to allow the benefits of acupuncture to last longer. I bought these and was a little skeptical since they were from amazon but I think they may work. I have a tic disorder and anxiety and I think it helped to keep both at bay for some time. When I am feeling anxious or worked up I massage the seed into the shen men point on my ear. Remember that placement is everything. It could have been a placebo effect but either way, I feel it definitely did something positive. Also, you get so much for a good deal. Lastly, they last about 3 days or two showers before falling off which is nice.

I purchased this product and used very often. The first pack was okay. The second pack and the rest of them most of the them don't even stick. It is waste of money.

Sticker backing was very strongly adhered to the plastic but hardly lasted the day on clean dry skin

These seeds work great. I use them for stress, appetite control and anxiety. They stick well and stay for a good 48 hours, even after workouts and showering. The only thing is you need to keep them zipped in the bag they come in or they dry out and don't stick well. I put a few drops of water into the bag and the stickiness was good as new. I recommend these to all my friends.

Honestly I bought these to suppress my appetite and they do stick well, but I don’t find myself reaching for them often. Does not hurt at all.

They do not bother the ear at all, you will forget they are there I believe they do work to a point but once I removed mine I immediately got my headaches back. Worth a chance for the price and quantity to try out as an alternative.
