The lid falls off easily spilling the pills. Not for use in a purse or bag when it can bounce around.

These are perfect for travel/weekend med containers! The lids might be hard to remove for the elderly/arthritic, but these will work for me! I take meds twice a day but my morning meds include 4 fish oils, so I'll divide the morning meds I to 2 compartments and have the third for my evening meds. I only wish I could choose colors or trade my unopened blue or green for the purple/pink one so I could have a different color for each day of a 3 day travel weekend I have coming up.(Chapstick for size comparison in photos)

I get the idea, as this is meant to be for traveling. But I can’t even get a finger in to slide a pill out. I have to dump all the pills just to get one. Not great for using different pills because of that.

It was a great pill holder for your purse and the holders were deep, so they could hold a lot of medication

This is a great size and would be perfect in a bag, however, the lid is awful. It is a push and twist style which opens well, however the inside of the cap always comes out when you open it. It is a pain to deal with and since it happens everytime you open the caddy it becomes frustrating quickly.
