Homebrew Cola Extract - 2 fl oz

It weaned my addiction to Diet Coke. 3 drops, 1 tablespoon of monk fruit sugar and 12 ounces of seltzer water.It taste better than Diet Coke, has about 1 calorie, and none of the phenylalanine and aspartame.A more intense cola flavor? Just got another drop. The only thing I would recommend is if you could be able to use an eyedropper as a For future projects.

We use sodastream and wanted a caffeine free diet cola without the sucralose, so we tried making our own. The flavor is not quite right--something bitter in it that we don't enjoy. Might be better brewed with sugar, but not nutrasweet. So, good option but not my cuppa.

A bit of an off, "chemically" flavor. Provided instructions do not make for a pleasant, or properly carbonated drink.

I was looking for something to recreate Fizz and Co.’s Cola flavored soda water since they stopped making it. It’s perfect! I bought a 2oz bottle with an eye dropper, and filled it with this to make it easier. Just 2-3 drops of this in an 8 ounce glass of soda water was perfect! It doesn’t taste like coke directly, but that wasn’t my goal. I love it!

I just add the few drops needed to create cola in a bottle of setzer water with a few tiny grains of Sucralose which is 1,000 sweeter than sugar. I can now make a clean Diet Cola drink with a higher cola flavor which I like better than standard minimal flavor used by manufacturers.

As soon as I opened the package I could smell a strong smell of kola. The bottle was squished and there was no box as pictured and described. In fact, it appears to be a different brand altogether. I am skeptical that I received the correct item. Either way, it should not smell before the bottle is even opened...

It's hard to find good unsweetened cola syrup. I like making my own stevia-sweetened cola, and this fits the bill perfectly. If you're looking for something that ends up tasting just like Coke, you will be disappointed, but Homebrew tastes enough like it for me... and a little goes a long way. I ignore the brewing instructions and simply mix this product with stevia extract and a little water, then add sparkling water to taste.
