Small, sounds great, looks great! Somewhat complicated controls/pairing, but great once paired
** If like me, you're having trouble pairing both earpieces, you can perform a factory reset by long-pressing both earpieces while they're in the charging box! This should fix it. **These are teeny! They look a little chunky from the side, but it fits really well into the ear and look very minimal and sleek, which is exactly what I wanted. The sound is exactly the quality I expect and am happy with for the $50 price. It's a little bit lacking on the bass end, but that's probably to be expected. The overall sound is pretty balanced--everything sounds clear and crisp. I'm satisfied for my music listening. The charging case looks great and is pretty small (unlike the cases of some other earbuds I was looking at) and the earbuds snap in with a magnet. It's pretty cool. The case is a little bit of a weird shape though as I found out when I put it in my pocket. It's pretty round and thick, so it feels awkward in a pocket. I would have much preferred a more rectangular, flatter case. The case's lid closure (not a magnet) also feels like it may eventually end up getting loose, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging. It comes in a nice holder cutout with a separate box for the extra earpieces and cord. It would make a nice gift. The manual has some issues (company is Chinese) but overall is pretty clear and understandable. That's always a toss-up with electronics products. Now for pairing. I had a lot of trouble with the pairing. It worked at first, but then after turning it off and on again, only the right side would play sound. When I unpaired and tried to reconnect, my phone showed an entry for both "S3" and "S3-L". If I selected S3-L, then only the left side would play sound. I tried to follow the pairing instructions and troubleshooting in the manual, but nothing worked. I finally went to the Amazon reviews and found some extra troubleshooting steps from the BassPal customer support on the top critical review (by Cody Williams). Link: https://smile.amazon.com/BassPal-Bluetooth-Headphones-Waterproof-Canceling/product-reviews/B07SD5YZ9M/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_hist_2?ie=UTF8&filterByStar=two_star&reviewerType=all_reviews#reviews-filter-barThe long and short of it is that you can perform a factory reset by long-pressing both earpieces while they're in the charging box. Then you should be able to re-pair both earpieces. This solved my problem. The touch controls are hard to remember (they're all "tap one earpiece", or "tap the other", or "double tap", or "long press one side"...) but the touch panel is at least responsive. I'll probably stick mostly to using my phone to control them.I'll give it 5 stars because I was able to get it working by following those instructions, and once paired, it sounds, works, and looks great. And it was $50. But troubleshooting the issue was a little bit of a frustrating process, and that (good) troubleshooting advice from the support team should definitely be in the manual, not buried in an Amazon review comment area.Happy with it now that both earpieces are working, especially for around $50 which I feel is a good price for truly wireless earbuds with a small case!

More than adequate. Bluetooth ear buds that get the job done.
I'll keep this review brief but with helpful information.Sound Quality: 9/10Quality of Construction: 9/10Interface/Controls: 10/10The reasoning behind the choice of 9/10 for sound quality is because it is top-notch. Maybe not $300 sound quality but very close. I compared these headphones with others like airpods and beats; I've got to say it is well worth the price. One issue that brought this score down to a 9 was the bass. Only the right earbud had bass but both played the audio very nicely. I have another pair of bass pal headphones that are not truly wireless, so they were great until I got this pair and it was a well-needed upgrade, as it contained better audio and looked better in my opinion. The Build of the charging case is pretty sturdy too. It is a very compact case as seen in the pictures provided. It wouldn't be bothersome to be carrying these in my pocket, unlike some other bulkier items. There is an LED light on the case and both earbuds. These are used to determine the battery life and whether or not they're on.Last part of the review is the interface. It has simple touch features that work on both ears. The User Guide that comes included provides all the necessary steps to pair and connect the headphones along with instructions for how to skip, pause, accept calls, etc. There is also audio feedback when moving to the next song or previous song which is a nice touch.

Absolutely hate these headphones.
I finally got a chance to use these headphones during the final week of my return eligibility period and missed the chance to return them. They are fairly compact and connecting to my phone was not a problem, the sound is decent, but these things will not stay in my ears and they began to fall apart after about 20 hours of use. There is a black circular piece on each headphone, which I think was to act as a speaker cone, that completely came unglued and left a hole in both headphones. This happened after about a week of listening. These things are very top-heavy and god forbid you try to eat food while listening, they fall out of your ears with every chew of your food. It's extremely annoying to have to try to throw down your utensil to catch your headphone falling out of your ears on both sides. When you do catch it, sometimes it will place a phone call, which is fun. Who it decides to call is anyone's guess. Anyway, you will look like a fool trying to eat and listen to these headphones. I have never had this bad of an issue with earbuds popping out of my ears like these do. The phone quality is very poor and people can't hear you over the whooosh of your surroundings. One other thing that is annoying is when you take the headphones out of the charging case and you put them in your ears, the first thing you hear is "disconnected". But that is to alert you that the phones are disconnected from the case and not that they are disconnected from your phone, because they are connected to your phone. It seems weird to me, but maybe it's industry standard for it to do that? Maybe I just don't want to hear something negative the first time I put headphones on. Why can't it say "connected" since it's connecting to my phone?

Bien.

Estoy decepcionado.
