We use this a lot when cooking. It adds so much fresh garlic flavor. The balance is just right. Great product.

These garlic flakes add a bit of zest to my meals. You can use them in cooking, pasta, or on top of salads.

Like it better than garlic salt it’s minus the salt and more versatile

I have been dehydrating grape tomatoes with garlic and a little salt for future use in cooking as well as just for snacks. Using fresh garlic has been the practice for years but it gets messy and is hard to spread evenly. I searched for dehydrated garlic flakes for a test and it was a GREAT SUCCESS; this is so much easier to use and saves a LOT of time. I will never go back to chopping my garlic and cleaning, slicing and drying the tomatoes with fresh garlic. This is just as flavorful and, as stated, much easier.
