My posture has been bad my whole life. Which has resulted into having extreme back and neck pain. I have seen a chiropractor and physical therapy to try and help it but it sadly is still an issue. The past few months the pain has been so intense that I decided it was time to do something about it to help in between seeing my chiropractor and physical therapist. This Inflatable cervical neck pillow paired with a posture corrector has really helped to alleviate my neck and back pains. Wearing the neck traction device alone for a few hours each day has really helped the tension in my neck. It’s like laying on a support pillow that also helps stretch the neck, but you dont have to lay down to feel its benefits. You can wear this on the go, yes you might look silly with it on out in public, BUT the way it helps eliminate the pain is worth it! The package arrived quickly and was damage free. The pump is very easy to install onto the hose and inflating the neck pillow/brace was a breeze. It looks and works similar to a manual blood pressure cuff, so pumping up the beck pillow/brace is very simple and easy. Instructions are included but like others have mentioned, I recommend inflating it part way and then placing around neck before you finish inflating. It does pump up a large amount so make sure you are wearing it while pumping to prevent over inflating, to ensure a custom fit to your neck. I am very satisfied with my experience with this purchase and product. I strongly recommend it to anyone who is also suffering from neck and back pain. It really helped ease the tension in my neck and I am beyond thankful for any relief from my constant struggle with neck and back pain. So thankful to have found this product! Its definitely worth every penny spent.

It took a while to get the hang of the velcro straps but once you do, pump this item up firmly and let it be that way for a full 5 minutes. Deflate and do it again. I have a pinched nerve at the base of my neck on the left side. This device was the only thing that gave me relief. I have to use it every 2-3 weeks when the pain starts coming back but wow, what a difference! I have to pump it up quite a bit to get results. It isn't fun but after you're done you'll probably get relief. I sure did. You have to keep up with it as it probably isn't a once-and-done kind of treatment. Sure beat surgery!!!

Overall - it's a decent device especially for the price. My neck issue is closer to C6 - C7 so I didn't get as much relief as using my Saunders cervical traction device but it did help - no doubt. Nice side effect of this unit, when inflated it made me sit up properly which corrected my posture while sitting at my desk which does feel better. It will squish your ear lobes a bit when fully inflated but not bad and worth the benefit. If using at your desk, you will need to adjust your monitor/chair since when fully inflated it may be hard to see your screen since you can't move your head. The other reason I purchased this is for airline travel since the regular neck pillow things don't offer much support and this one keeps my head upright and not flop to one side when sleeping. Takes a while to fully inflate but it's PORTABLE so I don't expect a massive pump for it and it beats manually blowing.

This strange contraption saved me. Last year I got a pinched nerve in my neck. I am not sure if it's a slipped disk or cervical radiculopathy, but it caused a lot of pain and discomfort down my arm. I originally got a neck hammock which seemed to work the first 2 times this happened, but it was no longer helping. It was affecting my sleep because I was fine until I got into my sleeping position and then it would really start hurting. No medicines were helping at all.I had seen this device before and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. It's weird, but it truly helped. The first day I used it a few times for about 10 minutes at a time. I was finally able to fall right to sleep. Not sure if it was the first or second night after using it that I did wake up in the middle of the night with some pain, but just put the device on for a few minutes and was able to go right back to sleep. Used it for a few days and haven't had to use it all weekend.I will probably do it for a few minutes a day just in case, but this thing has really helped tremendously!

Easy to use and does help short term with neck pain.

I work at a computer all day. I started having discomfort and pressure in the middle of the back of my neck. It would progress as far down as between my shoulder blades. Over time my neck muscles would get fatigued trying to compensate so then it became tiring just holding my head up. It’s a miserable experience.This device provided immediate relief. I just pumped it up enough for support and then my neck muscles could relax because the brace did the work. I would work like this for 15 minutes then I would pump in more air to stretch my neck for an additional 2 minutes. Once I let out the air the feeling was almost euphoric. I had no pain and I had real relief.Over the next few days I continued to use it this way whenever I felt that same pressure return. After about a week the pressure went away altogether. It’s amazing how much better I feel. I thought I had a pinched nerve or a disc issue. Now that it’s all gone I feel so thankful for finding this thing. Totally worth it.I just suggest to use as needed and don’t overdo it. Hope you find the same relief that I did.

The Posture Corrector was delivered in a very expeditious manner. The product did have a few removable marks on it but it worked as described. The instructions were easy to follow and it took very little time to have it working. I would suggest that in the future there be some guidance instructions sent indicating how long to use it at any one time, how many times a day is appropriate and how to determine proper pressure on the neck.

Bought a neck pillow this helps sometimes and is a necessity, bought a neck rest spine adjuster absolutely useless and this inflatable neck thing works bloody wonders, highly recommended!

I find this collar very helpful for neck and back pain. I felt as though all my joints and vertebrae were being lifted apart giving me relief from pain and stiffness.Would definitely recommend and it’s a good price, too.
