Outlaw Racing OR2728 Carburetor Carb Repair O-Ring Rebuild Kit Kawasaki Ninja Vulcan Klx Suzuki Bandit

I bought a set of four to rebuild my Kawasaki Concours carbs, and found that the parts were all there, but no instructions of any kind. I also think that each kit should have come with a float bowl setting gauge, as that is a key element in the Concours carb setup. Another, more vexing issue was that the carb bowl O-rings expanded slightly, and after several bowl removals to set the float bowl levels, the O-rings would no longer seal correctly. They weren't thicker, they were longer, and would not stay in the groove in the float bowl. After trying a couple of techniques to shrink them a bit, I ended up ordering another set.

I had bought this by accident while searching for something else. It turns out that this was a good purchase because it replaced some worn parts from my motorcycle carburetor. Anybody who does some work on their own motorcycle engine should keep a spare kit of these.

Product is as good as OEM and priced a lot lower . I would had have to pay same amount just for the bowl o-ring at dealer . With this product you get new pilot & float needles , spring , drain o-ring , washer , as shown hear . Drop that little washer on the garage floor and then have to try and match it . It's nice to have a back up and with this kit you'll always have an extra . Great service from Owtlaw Racing Products . Fit's Z-R 750C2 and a lot of other models . Product has been installed and tested with no leaks .

Works just fine, a perfect replacement for these parts on an 88-07 Ninja 250.

I had to take them apart again, and one of the rubber gaskets did not want to stay in the groove, acted like it was too large. Did not bother with the pilot jets, and it did not contain some parts that other kits do contain. Also did not come with instructions.

Perfect fit. Didn't really need the needles but nice to have spares.
