Taste is great!
I love this product. It is oil based. The garlic flavor is perfecto! It is versatile. Great for seasoning and marinating. It comes in a resealable container. Storage is easy.

Durkee's Liquid Garlic
I love the product but the price is becoming hard to justify its convenience. You only need a small amount to infuse garlic into your meal or dish. It's easy to use too much of this product based on its light garlic smell. If too much is used, it will add a harsh bitterness of garlic into the food that hard to correct once it's been added. It stores well once opened. It's great for marinades, light sauces of veggies and or seafood.

Very yummy! But you MUST love garlic.
Yummy. If you LOVE garlic and "too much garlic" isn't something you've ever said, then you'll probably love this. My only reservation is it's diluted with cottonseed oil. You don't use a cup at a time so the oil isn't that big of a deal, but I'd rather they use a more health-friendly oil.

Has improved my meals
Nothing I like more than garlic salt on so many things and I've been cooking/seasoning with it for decades. My friends and I enjoy eating at a local Mongolian BBQ so I recently bought this liquid garlic to make my own M-BBQ at home. Nice surprise - this garlicy seasoning is much more flavorful. I now have a new taste thrill.
