I don’t write many reviews and I received nothing for this one. I am on my feet all day long and I’ve been wearing these inserts for years now an I can say they’re the most comfortable ones you can buy.

These insoles looked perfect with extra padding under the forefoot. But when I used them in my shoes, that padding ended up feeling strange and didn't quite end up in the right spot on my foot. I have what I would consider normal tootsies so I don't think that was the issue. Plus there are little nubbies on the surface of the insole that feel like soft pebbles and not really a pleasant sensation. I'm thinking that the designer thought they would provide a massaging effect but that didn't work for me. And the heel area has a large soft knob that is supposed to provide cushioning but it's too small and feels uncomfortable under your foot. I'm sure someone somewhere finds them comfortable but they are not for me. I'll just stick with good ole Dr. Scholls!

Love the heel cup and extra support there and under the ball of the foot. I will be ordering more.

Was looking for inserts for wide toe box shoes. These are not shaped like the bare foot shoes but they will do. As comfortable as any I guess and a decent price.

I have had the worst luck in finding insoles to help with these tired af, aching feet of mine. When I had to start wearing steel toed shoes, I'd thought I'd die from the pain. Pain not only in my feet but, also in my lower back. I stumbled upon these and researched to the high heavens before I clicked buy. I reviewed them super fast once I actually committed to trying them. I put them in my shoes and HOT DANG! I go from walking on the steely highway of hades to heavenly clouds of squishy goodness. I will also include that, although these are excellent for the heels, they did not have enough support for me for my toes so I bought another kind of support for the ball of the foot. I stuck the ball of foot pads onto the insoles because they were small and had sticky adhesive on both sides to make it easier to stay in place. It worked like a charm for me. My insoles were the perfect fit, no trimming needed and for reference my foot pads were the gel kind.

The insoles DO provide support but DON'T provide comfort. I bought two pairs for my Vans (which have terrible insoles), cut one pair to size and tried it out for two days. These insoles were worse than the ones than original Van's ones. They don't provide enough cushion or flexibility and they're so thick that it was painful to wear my shoes. I ended up buying some Walmart brand insoles for $2.00 that have been a million times better. Unfortunately the insoles are non returnable (didn't know that when i purchased them) so I can't return the second pair I bought even though they haven't been cut, or even taken out of the bag.

I love the combo of gel and foam in these insoles! They have made enough difference for me that I’ve bought several pairs for all of my shoes, and a pair for my husband’s boots. I’m super spoiled now and no shoe is comfy as it comes anymore, they must have their soles switched out for these.The only thing to be aware of is that if your shoes fit snugly over the top of your foot, these soles may make the shoe too tight because of their extra 1/4” of bulk compared to the paper thin insoles that come stock in shoes.

Bought size 4.5-7, generously sized but easily trimmed to fit size 7 women’s hiking shoes. These were just a fraction thicker than the insoles that came with the shoes but didn’t feel tight to wear after replacing these with the original insoles. Wonderfully cushioned but not compromising stability underfoot. Very comfortable to wear.Couple of downsides though are that the advertised heel does not cup or cradle the heel as advertised and the blue area that’s maybe meant to be gel looks more like foam than gel, so maybe these insoles may not be that durable- time will tell.

I’m a size 11.5 US and I need some leather Vans softening for my wide, flat feet. I literally couldn’t wear them before I got these and could for the first time after getting them. No cutting needed! I will buy again for sure.
