is this bread dense or fluffy? like the real borodinsky is thick textured and heavy

I can assure you that it's dense and heavy. I am still searching for a dense chopped rye loaf to replace a loss in Chicago of "Bruno's Bread", a staple here for 40 years, passed on for a few years, but now gone. Bruno's Health Bread was a stunning 2-pound loaf that you could sit on and not dent! 100% rye and chopped rye. Sadly, long gone now with no replacement.

Are people finding that this bread gets moldy soon after arrival???

Unfortunately, I cannot answer this question. We received a refund for our order since the bread arrived in unsealed packages. The seller was kind enough to just refund our money and we tossed the bread to the animals in the woods. I don't remember it being moldy when we got it though.

What is the weight of 1 pack?

I don't have it at home now, so I can't check, but I think it's either 1kg or 2lb. If you really need to know, you can call the bakery and ask. This bread comes from David's Bakery in Brooklyn NY (718) 996-0925.
