It’s trash find something else
Most of Adobe software is complete trash, but Indesign is one of the worst. It’s so jampacked with features, it is impossible to use. That company has destroyed what was once a suite of pretty nice design software. Thank goodness startups are taking their place and we don’t have to use this garbage anymore.

Good program for DIY book design and publishing
Im sure i barely used this vast program , however i subscribed for 2 months to put together a book ive been working on for 5 years. Rather than buy the program it was cheaper to rent. Actually there are more informative videos on youtube, and easier to follow than the Adobe support function. Word to the wise, if you intend to rent, have all of your images and text done ahead of time with a basic idea of what your project will look like.
