Well made piece of kit.
Not needed to start my car just yet but it's a well made piece of kit, very compact for a lead acid battery and ready for the winter. At first I thought there was an issue with charging and the customer service team could not have been more helpful They were amazing. A replacement was shipped out immediately and mine collected. As it turns out the instruction manual is a bit vague on the issue. The LED "fuel gauge" when full shows a red, an orange and two greens from left to right and NOT four greens. The wall charger only shows red when there is quite a bit of charging left to do and even when it shows green it is still charging that last little bit. Once again full marks to the customer service team.

Excellent product
This unit proved very effective and is a tremendous asset to have in the boot of your car. The torch element is effective and the USB charger is a cool little addition too.

Easy to use. Easy instruction to follow plus storage could be resizing difficult to get the plug in and out.

When this arrived, it seemed really good with 12v socket, usb port and jump leads. It worked quite well driving a small water pump and seemed to recharge ok.Following the instructions on how to get the best from this unit, it was charged at the intervals specified and seemed in good condition. That was until I needed to start a car with a low battery. At this point the unit could not provide sufficient power to turn the engine and would not recharge.So cannot recommend this unit if it is required to start a car, might be ok to run very light equipment.The built in light is ok as is power indicator.

Does what it is supposed to do
Swift delivery after ordering. Pack was fully charged. Used the jump starter once so far easy to connect to the car battery. Engine started at first turn of the key. This jump starter seems effective.

A great jump starter/power bank.
I got this as a present for my son, so my review is from his words. It jump started a 2l diesel (4x4) no problem, bu he likes the other utilities it has, and says it will come in very handy when he goes rough camping as a power bank. I also must mention the really outstanding delivery service, it arrived well before the delivery date.
