Thick, sweet, delicious. I steep it in a tea ball for 5 min., then add a little stevia and soy milk. Tastes great!

Hubby was used to drinking coffee with chicory in New Orleans and was missing it in Ca. I found this chicory, added it to his coffee and he is back in the French Quarter every morning.

I've been buying chicory for several years. I can only take a little caffeine, but enjoy the ritual of drinking a couple of cups of coffee each morning. I use 1/3 each of chicory, coffee and roasted dandelion root. I use 2 level teaspoons of each and make about 20 ounces of coffee. A 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon makes it especially tasty.

I've tried all available chicory, and this is one of the sweetest tasting.

Did not care for this item. Thought it would dissolve in hot coffee and the granules just floated on top of the hot coffee. I didn't see that it can't be returned so I just spent $17.00 on something that I will never use. It did smell good but just can't use it.

I love coffee, but after 5 cups the twitching makes it hard to concentrate at work. I use this to make what is essentially half-caf coffee. I mix three heaping tablespoons of coffee with one level tablespoon of chicory in my French press. You'll have to adjust the ratios to your taste because the chicory has a stronger flavor.

Great product, really enjoying drinking this instead of coffee, but please pack your product better! It arrived ripped and a significant portion of the chicory had spilled out of the package :(
