Great, I use this as my daily mouthwash. I add a dropperful to a small glass of water and it doesn't burn my mouth.

Just add some to mouthwash and it’s fine! Works great!

This product has been helpful for my gums. Herb Pharm sources their materials from good sources and combines a nice selection of herbs for this product.

Slight noticeable difference. Could be stronger like some other gum oils which you immediately feel working deep under the gums when applying a few drops into mouth and swishing it over gums.

As someone with Sjogren's, having little to no saliva means receding gums and eventually losing my teeth. No matter how diligent I am, like thousands of others with this disease, that will be the outcome. That doesn't mean I won't fight to keep my mouth healthy and my teeth intact for as long as possible. One thing that has made a huge difference is daily oil pulling with a tablespoon of organic coconut oil and a 1/4 dropper of Gum Guardian. The oil pulling alone has helped restore my gum tissue and stopped them from receding, but by adding Gum Guardian, my teeth and gums are no longer sensitive. On the rare occasion, I have had a tooth ache or a sore gum, I have applied it directly to the irritated tooth or gum with a q-tip and the pain has gone away almost instantly. This has saved me from getting an abscessed tooth and costly root canals. I think everyone should keep this in their cabinet. It has worked miracles for me.If you have Sjogren's, extreme dry mouth or are sensitive to spicy things, this may burn a little if used alone, but that will go away after a few seconds and mixing this in coconut oil also helps prevent the burning. The benefits far out way even a few seconds of heat.

My gums were so sensitive I couldn’t even brush my teeth in some parts. I was really scared. I used this by putting the drops directly on the sensitive parts and the NEXT day it was 95% better. A few more days, my gums were completely normal. I’m keeping bottles of this on hand. Just ordered my second one.

I stopped using whitening mouth wash which worked very well to whiten my teeth when I learned it not only kills bad bacteria, but but it kills the healthy good bacteria as well. Good bacteria is necessary for a healthy immune system so I switched to this fabulous product which leaves my mouth tasting fresh/clean. This is the first "natural" mouthwash from I have tried where I do enjoy the taste. (I tried a pricey well-known product with tea tree oil that I could not tolerate at all.) This is healthy for the mouth and gums so I am thrilled. I just wish it was no so pricey.
