Great fermented taste
Was skeptical after reading the reviews but decided to try it. Overall, I was pleased with the product.Pros:Package: The package has been upgraded to a sturdier white bag. No spills at all and it was shipped by Amazon in a lightly padded envelope.Taste: The taste was a pleasant surprise. Definitely Ijebu/Egba garri. The real deal for soaking or cooking.Cleanliness: super clean. No black bits or stonesCons:Grain size: The garri is coarse, typical of the garri you find at many African stores in the US. This wasn’t an issue for me because it was an easy fix. I popped it in my food processor/blender for like 5 minutes and grinded it down to a grain size I prefer.Overall, the taste made me give it a full five stars. I only get this taste level when my Mum buys it herself in Nigeria.

Item arrived on time and in good condition. I enjoyed it very much. Tasted good. It was a good quality white garri.

Poorly Dried
I didn't enjoy the flavor of this product. It tasted stale and had a lot of extra un sifted material in it. Garri should be nothing but dried granular cassava. It looks like shredded cassava pieces are in there and left more water in the product than normal. I have not added water/cooked with it yet. I like to enjoy my Garri dry, so flavor and texture is very important to me.
