We use ours by hooking a short 12 inch super sturdy leash to the back. My autistic son is 15 years old and 165 pounds and it fits him very comfortably with plenty of room to grow. I sewed a piece of elastic across the back hooking the shoulders together at a comfortable distance so he can’t just slip out of it. Now when he tries to bolt in a parking lot or in stores, he can’t and we are not constantly struggling to keep him next to us. This thing is an absolute life saver! It doesn’t rub his armpits or cause any kind of injury. It’s truly awesome!

Comes in handy for an autistic child. Best used for giving space and freedom to move about but not too far.

Not bullet proof but if you exercise care when handling/using the harness, it will work fine. So far have successfully dragged 90lb without clips breaking. Very comfortable too. I would avoid shock leading the harness, maintain constant tension on the load to avoid breaking plastic clips. Shock loading / bouncing the load on the harness will likely cause it to break or tear.

We bought this to pull canoes up a river on a recent canoe trip. Comfortable and convenient to free up our hands as we hiked. I would buy this again.

easy to use and set up....very comfortable on the shoulders and great for adjusting for size difference on kids and adults.

The front chest strap comes undone at the slightest of tugs. Its small for me (6ft, 205lb dude). Its good if you're going light, but if you're doing an intense workout with heavy resistance you'll want a better quality product.

So I used this to pull a sled full of hunting equipment all season through water,mud and every worst case scenario. I was hard on it all season and today the stiching finally gave way. If you are using this for what its intended for it will last you forever. I'll be ordering another one.

The harness itself is pretty good quality for the price so that was a plus. The carabiners were weak and didn’t even make it through one workout before they started to bend. They can’t be rated for more than 20-30 lbs of resistance so dragging something behind you is out. I picked up some 150lb ones from Home Depot for a few dollars and problem solved!Fit is nice, sits great on the shoulders and doesn’t hurt under load. Still using them periodically and haven’t had them tear or anything. Buy for the harness, get different carabiners, and you have a great piece of equipment to train with for a great price!
