First thing, the chart they provide to help you choose the right diameter hose is crap. The hose was way too big for the pipe diameter I have and I even went down a notch from what was recommended. It still works, but leaks a good bit. Better too big then too small I guess.Next thing of note is that the hose is coated in something greasy and it smells like chemicals quite badly. I’m sure it will be off gassing for weeks. Also, I’d recommend wearing gloves when handling. First time I unwound it and discovered the greasiness and smell, I washed my hands and put on gloves. Since then I’ve washed my hands more times than I can count and they still smell of the chemicals.Overall it’s a well made hose, but why it’s covered in whatever the heck it is I can’t say. Just be aware before you handle it.

I bought this hose for my discharge pump, my bad, I ordered the wrong size, easy to return, and fast refund of my money.

Perfect size and fit for my gutter drain downspouts. I needed to redirect water away from my property during a downpour and this worked wonderfully.Easy to cut and great value! I only wish it came in brown or black.

The media could not be loaded.  I can now lower the water height in the pool for the winter months twice as fast with this hose than previously compared to a 3/4 diameter garden hose. hose diameter is 1.5 inch inside. there are fiber reinforcements but I would still fully unroll and straighten this flat hose before sending water through it other wise the kinks will restrict flow and build pressure and could burst. it is flexible when its hot outside and more stiff when cold. I did check the length and it is the 50 feet as advertised.the pvc plastic has the typical plastic off gassing smell after months in the garage tho.

Durable. We were able to weave it from our back yard (above ground pool) to the front yard driveway without kinks or breaks.

Its good hose no doubt about that. You get what you pay for and looks like I will get some life out of this stuff.

So I ordered a one and a half inch wide which was too small for my one and a half discharge pipe went back and looked at the description and realized that I had ordered the wrong size so just make sure your cognizant of that whenever purchasing that you get the right diameter hose to fit your discharge pipe.
