New and Improved Pull-Out Bamboo Kitchen Appliance Caddy, USA patented

Top level doesn't slide easily--it's wood-on-wood. Looks nice, solid two pieces.UPDATE Oct.2018 - I rubbed a bar of Ivory Soap in the bottom-piece runnels where the wheels roll, and then in the round divots and the flat wood between each that are on the underside of the top piece (which allowed the ball bearing to slide more easily between each divot). I assume some vegetable oil, or maybe WD-40 spray or a teflon coating spray would work as well. Also added a rubber pad (one of those cream-colored rolls in a net pattern that can be bought at Dollar Store that are thin that you can cut to size). It grabs both the countertop and the base of the bamboo pull-out, keeping it out of the way at the back area of the counter--now only the top part with the coffee maker on it slides forward toward me for reloading the coffee. This is a great work around and now works well for me. I LOVE the natural look of this slider.

I find this to be well made and looks durable, but the product description is inaccurate. Dimensions are advertised as 12 by 9 by 1.5. It's actually 11 7/8 by 8 3/4. Actually, a more accurate measurement is 11 by 8 3/4 because the front edge is rounded - it's 11 3/4 from the center to the back. This mis-measurement may not seem like much, I I needed every bit of the advertised dimensions to make this a good solution. The inaccuracy is just enough to make it unworkable - so I'll be getting a refund.It is, however, well made and seems to be very durable. I'd take this over the Handy Caddy (which seems to be the number 1 seller) any day. I'm only giving 3 stars because of the inaccurate description and my frustration for sending it back

This is a great board that is sleek, stylish and rolls nicely. I do wish it was a bit longer so that it would roll completely under the cabinet. Upper cabinets are 12" deep so I thought this would clear it nicely. However, once you add the cabinet door thickness and the handle, the caddy needs to be pulled away from the wall. When rolled back the coffee maker sticks out from under the cabinet. So I gave this product 4 stars because I feel the dimensions can be tweaked so appliance can slide all the way back to the wall and roll out nicely past the door and handle and allow the water reservoir to be opened freely.

I owned a product similar to this long ago made of wood. When searching for a new one, I was pleased to find a caddy in something other than plastic. However, when the product arrive the bamboo finish was rough to the touch and caught on the dishcloth when wiping it during cleaning. It didn't appear to have any protective finish coating on it. I realize bamboo is very durable but thought the finish would look more refined. To correct the situation, I used a very fine sandpaper on the top piece and then oiled it with furniture polish. It is now first rate.This product was worth the price even with the finish less than expected. My correction of the finish was easily accomplished and finished product is working well as intended.

I bought this to move my coffee maker out from under cabinet when using to keep the steam from under my cabinets. The little metal stop which I realize is there to allow for stopping at any position causes a jerking action to move to the furthest position and would causes a lot of sloshing of water in the coffee maker. I simply modified it by removing the metal stop with some pliers and a screw driver and am able to pull out completely in a smooth fashion now. This makes the use a lot easier for me and works as I expected it to in the first place.

What a piece of... junk.We rented a cottage not long ago and they had REALLY nice slideouts for all the appliances. As soon as I got home I looked for some. Sadly, most everything I found looked like crappy "as seen on TV" junk. This being the one exception I found.Unfortunately, I probably would have been LOTS better off buying some cheap "seen on TV" junk. This will not work with ANY appliance I currently have on my counter which includes: jura coffee maker, cuisinart food processor, vitamix, toaster and a breville juicer. First, it doesn't pull out far enough to clear my STANDARD sized US cabinets -- even if I pull it out 6 inches from the back. Secondly once it is extended, it is totally unstable -- it wouldn't even hold my vitamix BASE stably without the vitamix running. For grins I ran it and it shifted immediately... With every appliance I tried it tends to fall off the track and move in a sideways direction.Sadly my box got trashed before I tried it out or I definitely would have returned it.I even took it down to my shop hoping to find something to use it for. Nothing... It was eventually tossed in the trash. What a waste.

It's the best looking appliance slider available. All the others are black plastic. It's sturdy and just the right size for my coffeemaker. It was tough to slide forward at first, but I put some WD40 on the little balls and it's easy now. It's not very long, so I do have some space behind the coffeemaker but my upper cabinets are only 12" deep so it's not awkward or really noticeable.

I like the looks of this, however it is very easy to pull the top sliding part too far so it comes off the track. I know this but still end up pulling it too far out very often. Also, there are four or five little soft round disks on the bottom of this that I believe are meant to pad it and protect your counter; they fell off within days and I have tried to glue them back on with superglue but they continue to fall off.

I needed something sturdy to handle the Vitamix on my kitchen island. The fact that the wood matches the bamboo top on my island is a bonus, but this caddy would look good on any counter. Great quality. Easily pulls out so I can work more efficiently with my blender. Love it!

It was large enough for my kitchen aid mixer

This is a beautiful caddy, but I found it too awkward to use with my coffee maker. With the extra height added from the caddy, the coffee maker was almost touching the bottom of the cupboards, so in order to get it out from under, the coffee maker had to sit right at the front edge, and when I pulled it out it would lose balance and tip forward. I also didn’t like that it’s not on a smooth track. After unsuccessfully trying a few different ones, I’ve discovered that just putting a tea towel under the appliance allows it to slide without scuffing up my wooden counters.

Fits perfect and easily slides out for use. Good Product

This has turned out to be a very handy item, creating space on my counter top. The Keurig slides out of the way when not in use.
