Solid, will not slip off. A little struggle to slide them on over your jeans but that is what you want - good protection.

The fit is a little big but they aren't as bulky as my 187's and they have a cut out area on the inside elbow that helps get some air to your skin while my 187's are all neoprene.

Very comfy, the elbow pads don't cause irritation of the skin from rubbing. Once it's on, it will feel awkward at first and you may have to align it a bit to match your elbows but that's the worst I can think of this product. I mistakenly ordered a small but the small fit me perfectly, the bands stretch so it will fit a pretty big range of elbows.

I don't recommend these for roller derby; I bought them because I liked the "open" design compared to other common brands... However, I've been using them for about a year now and they've become very stretched out and they are sliding around quite a bit when I fall. I've managed to injure both my elbows this way as of last week. In addition, there isn't a lot of padding on the sides of the elbows.... Before the pads became stretched out, about 6 months ago I fell with the impact on the side of one elbow and required some physical therapy to fix the issue. I should have replaced the pads then, obviously, but money was tight so I didn't (which I don't recommend, for the record - do as I say not as I do?). I hope this information is helpful!

After measuring my arms I determined a small was what would be best according to the size guide. I wish I would have gone with the XS.

Works very well. Fit is perfect

Even the small was a bulky, but they fit better and are more breathable then most elbow pads I have tried. Feels more protective because of the way they rest on elbows, and I have very pointy elbows!!! Overall very happy with the product.

Utilizo estas protecciones para iniciarme al Roller Derby y puedo decir que la relación calidad-precio es fantástica. La rodillera está bien acolchada y al caer al suelo se reduce mucho el impacto. Como de costumbre, el servicio de Amazon impecable: llegó muy rápido y puntual. Muy satisfecha con la compra. Como consejo: es importante saber la talla exacta de las protecciones para que queden ajustadas y no bailen (en mi caso, tengo una M en rodilleras pero una S en coderas).
